Jeopardy! World Tour Club Guide

Jeopardy! World Tour is a great game to play with your friends, so we wanted to make it easier to compete for glory with those you care about! When you create your Club, you can select the Club Type, or change it from your Club Info screen as the leader. You can choose from Invite-Only or Open, depending on your preference.

When you visit the Members screen, you'll be able to see the list of members in your Club, as well as manage requests and invites at the top of the screen. Leaders and Co-leaders can accept and invite members, as well as remove inactive members.

What is an invite only Club?

Club Coins are a unique currency used only for items in the Club Shop. You can earn Club Coins from your Club by playing games exclusive to Clubs, like Mega J! Any Club Coins you earn will be added to the communal Club Bank! If you and your Clubmates work together, your Club may earn enough to buy something at the Club Shop!

What are Club Quests & Games?

Quests are special Club duties to complete, not only to help yourself, but to help your clubmates as well! Completing your Club Quests earns a Gift Box for you, and Club XP to help power up your Club! When your Club earns enough Club XP, it will level up and unlock new items in your Club Shop!

Also exclusive to Club members are new Club Games, like Mega J!. Play and complete these games with your Clubmates to earn yourself a Gift Box and Club Coins for the Club Shop!

What are Activity Points?

Club members gain Activity Points simply by playing in any city (but playing in your highest unlocked city will earn you the most!) Your Activity Points will contribute towards unlocking new Club Games like Mega J!, and towards fulfilling any of your Activity Point based Club Quests!

What are Club Coins?

Club Coins are a unique currency used only for items in the Club Shop. You can earn Club Coins from your Club by playing games exclusive to Clubs, like Mega J! Any Club Coins you earn will be added to the communal Club Bank! If you and your Clubmates work together, your Club may earn enough to buy something at the Club Shop!

What is a Club and why join?

A Club is group of players who band together to play exclusive games, earn more rewards and perks, and to compete against other Clubs to prove their Jeopardy! World Tour skills!

Think of it as playing for the best brains in the game!

What do leaders and coleaders do?

An active Club is a successful Club! As the leader of a Club, you can choose whoever you'd like to help you manage the team and its members so that you can get the most benefits out of your gameplay.

As a Co-leader, you have these privileges:

The leader can choose whoever they'd like to be the Co-leader and there's no limit to Co-leaders, but make sure you stay active! If you become inactive for 10 days, the most senior Co-leader will be automatically promoted to Leader, and if there's no active Co-leaders an active member will be promoted to Leader to help things run smoothly.

What is the Club Shop?

This is the place where your Club leader and co-leaders can exchange all of the hard earned Club Coins you and your Clubmates earned for special items and perks that can benefit the entire Club! Although only the leader can purchase items and co-leaders can purchase items that have been requested by 2 other members, any member can request the items they’d like them to buy! Simply tap the request button under the item of your choosing. Leaders can also check the most requested items in the shop at any time. A good leader takes care of their Club!

What are Club Donations?

Donations allow you to turn your Cash into Club Coins to donate to the Club Bank. You can donate once every 24 hours. Donating helps you and every member of your Club by proving a pool of Club Coins for your Club leader to spend on perks for the entire Club!

What is Mega J?

Mega J! Is a special game mode available to members of a Club. Clubmates can participate together to earn rewards and Club Coins for the Club Shop!

The Mega J! game is unlocked by collecting Activity Points. The entire Club works towards contributing Activity Points by playing regular Jeopardy! games in any city. Once Mega J! has been unlocked, you can head to your Club tab and play!

Mega J! Is a giant Jeopardy! clueboard with clues from every subject! The Club must work together to respond to every clue on the board. When the board has been completely filled, any Club member who participated in clearing the board will earn a Giftbox, and the Club will earn Club Coins for the Shop!

It costs nothing to attempt a clue, so pick any clue that hasn’t already been answered and give it a go. If your response is correct, your icon will show up on the square to show that it has been completed. If your answer is incorrect, that’s okay! The spot will remain open, and you can try again. You get 2 tries, and your tries will regenerate over time.

How do I Start a new Club?

Starting and leading a Club is a big responsibility! To start a Club, you must be at least Level 7, and be able to pay the 100 Gold Bar cost. Then go to the Club tab in the lobby, tap the “Start a Club" button and follow the instructions. You’ll be the leader of your very own Club in no time!

How do I join an existing Club?

You need to be at least Level 7 to join a Club! Tap the Club tab in the lobby, then the Search button. If you know the name of the Club you want to join, you can search for it. Otherwise, we recommend a few that just happen to have a you-sized vacancy!
